Responsibilities
  • Improving customer service experience, creating engaged customers, and facilitating organic growth
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via email or chat
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Taking ownership of customers' issues and following problems through to resolution
  • Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English, both written and speaking is a must
  • Preferably experienced in handling inbound on eCommerce/marketplace platform
  • Proven min. 1 -year working experience in the same role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with the beauty industry is a plus
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
  • Willing to work in shift and during the weekend and public holidays (Office located in Kuningan, South Jakarta)
  • Awareness of the industry�s latest technology trends and applications
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Able to join ASAP
