IziRoam is a portable Wi-Fi modem rental service provider that uses 4G cellular network with a Multi Operator signal to ensure you get the best connection, both domestically and internationally.

The difference is IziRoam is a portable wi-fi which is practical and easy to use & carry around. Without the need for registration, you can connect to any operator abroad because it already has a multi-operator technology. Meanwhile, roaming operators requires complicated registrations and you can only use specific operators when traveling abroad. Fees are usually more expensive.

4 simple steps to follow
1. Turn on our portable wi-fi by pressing the power button.
2. Our Wi-Fi SSID name & Password will appear on the device screen.
3. From your Phone/Laptop please turn on the Wi-Fi service, then connect to the SSID Device .
4. Enter the password according to what appears on IziRoam Device modem screen.

IziRoam uses a virtual SIM that has been digitally embedded and has worked with well-known operators in more than 169 countries around the world. With our Auto Switch Network technology, users can rest assured to get the strongest operator network in the country they are visiting.

Ofcourse! We work with a few major cellular operators in Indonesia to ensure our customers they will always be connected to the strongest operator network without any network problems.

Our prices varies for each destination you will be visiting .

Yes, there is a Rp.500.000 deposit needed per device which will later be returned back to you when we receive our device back.

5 devices can be connected with one IziRoam device.

Our modem has a life of 12-15 hrs a day . If used as as powerbank it will last you 9-11 hrs.

Local speed in Indonesia on 4G varies from 25-30mbps , Internationally it could reach to 100mpbs

We have a minimum of 3 days rental per device.

2) Please sign up or sign in to our website to make your purchase.
3) Please choose either Traveling Overseas if you are departing from Indonesia . If you are visiting Indonesia or using our devices locally please choose Visiting Indonesia.
4) Enter your desired destination ( minimal of 3 days usage ) & add to cart .
5) Review your purchase in your shopping cart and checkout with your desired form of payment & delivery method.

Glad you asked. Yes there is . You can return your modem via any Indomaret outlet in Jabodetabek . ( Please contact CS for a step by step guide if you choose this method )
